Career Guidance Program: With a commitment to fostering long-term personal and professional development, NEF conducts a comprehensive Career Guidance Program for students in low-income communities. This program is designed to address the challenges students face in making stream choices, preparing for competitive exams, and navigating the complexities of career paths.

The program encompasses Stream Choice Workshops, offering practical insights into academic stream selection based on individual strengths and aspirations. Competitive Exam Preparation Assistance provides targeted support for first-generation learners, including access to resources and personalized coaching. Individualized Career Counselling Sessions address specific challenges faced by students, while Financial Aid Guidance helps navigate options and support systems to overcome financial barriers.

The impact of these initiatives has been substantial. With eight Stream Choice Workshops conducted, 27 students have benefited from Competitive Exam Preparation Assistance and Financial Aid Guidance. Additionally, 85 individual Career Counselling Sessions and eight Group Career Counselling Sessions have provided personalized guidance to empower and equip young minds with the knowledge and skills needed for informed decision-making.
